Services

The disciplines we deliver

We take work where correctness matters more than speed of demo — systems that get audited, reported on, or relied upon by someone other than the person who commissioned them.

01

Blockchain Development

Permissioned networks, token standards, and on-chain registries built for environments where every transaction may be examined.

02

Asset Tokenization

Infrastructure for representing real-world assets on-chain — ownership records, transfer controls, and the reporting that makes an issuance defensible.

03

Compliance Systems

KYC and AML workflows, append-only audit trails, and reporting built to the formats regulators and auditors actually accept.

04

Smart Contract Engineering

Contracts written to be audited, not announced. Documented logic, external audit preparation, and post-deployment review.

05

AI & Automation

Extraction from unstructured documents, review and triage workflows, and language models applied to processes that currently run on people reading PDFs.

06

Product Engineering

Full product builds from architecture to launch, including the unglamorous integration work that determines whether a system is usable.

Engagement

How we engage

Three ways to work with us, depending on how much is already decided.

01

Advisory & Consulting

Direction before code. Regulatory feasibility, technology selection, and architecture review that establish whether an initiative should proceed — and on what terms.

02

Custom Engineering

Built around your operating environment, obligations, and existing systems. One team, from architecture through production, staying long enough to hold the context.

Discuss an engagement →
03

Dedicated Teams

Engineers who work as an extension of yours — the same people month to month, with the domain knowledge that only comes from staying.

Industries

The industries we serve

Regulated industries differ more in their obligations than in their technology. We work where we understand what those obligations actually require.

Banking & Financial Services
Compliance systems, AML workflows, and digital asset infrastructure for institutions under SBP, SECP, and regional supervision.
Real Estate
Ownership registries, investor systems, and the reporting that regulated property offerings require.
Precious Metals
Allocation records, custody integration, and tokenization infrastructure for gold and commodities.
Islamic Finance
Structures aligned to AAOIFI standards, with the documentation Shariah boards ask for.
Government & Public Sector
Registry systems, digital identity, and record infrastructure where auditability is the requirement.
Approach

How we work

Records before features

In regulated work, the audit trail is not something added later. We design the record first and build the interface around it.

The same team stays

Engineers stay on a project long enough to hold its context. We do not rotate people between accounts to fill utilisation.

Regulatory fluency

We read the framework before we write the specification. PVARA, SECP, SBP, VARA, AAOIFI — the obligations shape the architecture, not the other way round.

Boundaries in writing

We state what we do not do, plainly. In regulated work, clarity about limits is worth more than breadth of claims.

In development

Certis — software infrastructure for token issuers

We're building our own product: the software layer that regulated businesses will run their own tokenization platforms on. Announcing soon.

Tell us what you're building

Whether it's a product that needs engineering, a compliance system that has to satisfy a regulator, or an asset you're considering tokenizing — we're glad to talk it through before anyone commits to anything.
